Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of GoldenVibeParty (the “Site”), operated by GoldenVibeParty (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These are baseline terms and do not constitute legal advice.

1. The service

GoldenVibeParty is free social casino entertainment for adults. No real-money gambling, purchases or prizes. Golden Olives have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed.

The Site offers free-to-play social casino-style games for entertainment only. It does not offer gambling, betting or gaming for money or money’s worth, and we are not a licensed gambling operator.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 19 or older, regardless of your province or territory.
• The Site is intended only for visitors in Canada.

Our age confirmation is a self-declaration and is not identity verification. By confirming, you state that you meet the minimum age. Do not allow anyone under age to use the Site on your device.

Your account

• You can play as a guest without an account, or create a free account. Accounts are free and are never linked to any payment method.
• Create only one account, for yourself, with an email address you control, and keep your password private.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, are created by or for anyone under 19, or are used to misuse the Site.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Your Golden Olives and progress are stored on your device and have no monetary value.

3. Golden Olives

• Golden Olives are free. Each device starts with 250,000 Golden Olives.
• Golden Olives have no monetary value and are not money, currency, property or a stored-value product.
• Golden Olives cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, gifted, redeemed, withdrawn or exchanged for money, goods, services, prizes or anything of value, on or off the Site.
• You may reset your Golden Olives to 250,000 for free at any time.
• Golden Olives are stored on your device only. We are not responsible for balances lost when site data is cleared, and we cannot restore them.
• We may change game rules, returns or starting balances, or reset Golden Olives, at any time.

4. No prizes or purchases

No prizes, rewards, cash, gift cards, sweepstakes entries or items of real-world value are available. There are no purchases, subscriptions or paid features. Any message claiming otherwise did not come from us.

5. Game results

Results are generated using your browser’s cryptographic random number generator. This system has not been independently certified. Results in social casino games do not indicate likely results in real-money gambling.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site if you are under the minimum age for your country;
• attempt to sell, trade or assign any value to Golden Olives;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers;

7. Intellectual property

The GoldenVibeParty name, logo, characters, game designs, artwork, sounds and text are original works created for the Site and are owned by or licensed to us. Open-source software and fonts used by the Site are provided under their own licences.

8. Availability and changes

The Site is provided free of charge “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of Golden Olives, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
